• Maximum occupancy four.
• Check-in time 2:00 pm, check-out time 11:00 am.
• VISA, MasterCard, Discover or Cash accepted.
• There is a $60 non-refundable deposit collected for each unit that is booked. The deposit is applied as a credit on the invoice. Then the balance is collected at check-in.
• Five days cancellation notice is required to avoid complete charges including all taxes.

• A two bedroom cottage with 9-foot ceiling, connected by its front porch to the rear gallery of the main house.
• One private bath with tub and shower. NOTE: IN THE COTTAGE, EVERYONE MUST GO THROUGH THE FRONT BEDROOM TO REACH THE REAR BEDROOM, AND THE ONLY BATHROOM IS REACHED ONLY FROM THE REAR BEDROOM: ENTER --> FRONT BEDROOM --> REAR BEDROOM --> BATHROOM. Consequently, the cottage is booked to only one party at a time, the entire cottage is 'one unit'.
• Circa 1850 full-size canopy bed in the front bedroom, with couch, table and chairs in living area.
• Extra wide queen-size antique Renaissance Revival bed in the back bedroom.
• Small side sitting room furnished with a piano, granite counters, with a second private entrance that leads to spacious sun deck and private off-street parking.
• Full Southern breakfast served in the main house Dining Room, with complimentary coffee and tea offered throughout the day.
