- One private bath with tub and shower. NOTE: EVERYONE MUST GO THROUGH THE FRONT BEDROOM TO REACH THE REAR BEDROOM, AND THE ONLY BATHROOM IS REACHED ONLY FROM THE REAR BEDROOM: ENTER --> FRONT BEDROOM --> REAR BEDROOM --> BATHROOM. Consequently, the cottage is booked to only one party at a time, it is 'one unit'.
- Circa 1850 full-size canopy bed in the front bedroom, with couch, table and chairs in living area.
